heavy wood, reddish brown patina with residues of black paint, handle with two bulges, the corpus lense-shaped in cross-section, getting broader to the top, raised middle ridge carved with sharp-edged nose-like projections on eithr side of the beating area, the upper area decorated wtih zigzag ornamentation in relief, accentuated by kaolin rubbed into the deepenings, dam.
