In addition to our previous general terms and conditions our service for you now includes a transportation insurance in order to offer a convenient and safe transport of your precious goods:

14 a) Packing
The packing of your objects is a non-binding service of our company for 50,- €uro.

14 b) Transportation
Within the EU the transportation of less than 20kg is free. (except rare add-ons for islands)
Any bulky goods and transports out of the EU will be calculated on request and charged separately.

14 c) Transportation Insurance
An obligatory Insurance covers risks associated with transportation.
Within Germany we charge 1,5‰, within Europe (including Swiss and Norway) it’ s 2,5‰, for North America it’s 3,5‰ and 6,0‰ for the rest of the world.

14 d) Customs Declaration
We offer a customs declaration for only 30,- €uro for all amounts above 1000,- €uro. For all smaller amounts we don’t need any declaration.
